This review is a few months after our actual dinner. My friend, Barry, and I ate dinner here back on August 2, on their patio. We both ordered their smoked meat plates (I think we both had a half rack of their baby back ribs). The food was very good, as always. Our server (I can't remember her name, but it might've been Anna) did a very good job - sweet personality. I've never had a bad meal here. I will say that I always order one of their smoked meat plates. Those maybe the best deal on the menu. I'm surprised to see some negative reviews.
So happy me and my friends came to this location, Maria and ava was the best! They had karaoke and the food was amazing and the atmosphere was great! will definitely be back!:)
The ribs were crazy expensive. $43 for a full rack. That being said, everything was very good. Good portions and quality. The nacho toppings were plentiful.
We stopped in here for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised. It was a Saturday but not overly busy which made for a nice meal. The drinks were ok. The food was better than we expected. And the Beef Brisket sandwich….be ready for a ToGo box. Its massive. Overall we liked the place and food was solid.
We have eaten here a few other times so I'll give a cumulative review. I do love the menu. Every time we've eaten here the food is very tasty. Their cornbread is delicious! Atmosphere is rustic and tavern feel. I like it. The reason I'm giving a 4 is yesterday. We had to wait longer than 20 minutes for our food and when it finally arrived my husband's steak was overcooked and my sweet potato fries were cold. We still ate it and it tastes good. The manager was very accommodating by offering to comp part of our bill and gave us a gift card for a future return visit. So, they really care about their customer's experience and we did appreciate it. I still recommend eating here.
My first time in will not be my last. The food and atmosphere was Great but what really made it the best night out was the server Ava M. She was happy, polite, fun and we never wanted for anything. When I go back I will make sure she is working and she is my waitress... nobody can top her!! Thank you Ava!
